Private Beaches
The association has two private beaches, one is located in front of the Pavilion, the other is accessed through a gate off of Venice Drive.
Pavilion Beach
Situated on the lakefront by the Pavilion with sweeping views of Lake Tahoe. There is a picnic area where you to enjoy your food, a playground, and many park benches and tables on the adjacent lawn.
The Pavilion Beach is open year-round, weather permitting.
Access to the Pavilion Beach requires a valid/current pass. Pass holders are allowed up to three (3) guests per pass and must accompany their guests at all times while using the facilities. Children sixteen (16) years old or younger must be accompanied by a passholder.

Light House Shores Beach
Members can access the beach area between Light House Shores and Pope Beach through the access gate next to the Light House Shores gatehouse, at the very north end of Venice Drive.
