Meet the People Making Things Work
The Association has a full-time staff of around twenty employees with staffing levels increasing to over fifty during the summer season.
Day-to-day operations are run by our year-round staff led by our General Manager.
Owners, guests and visitors of the Tahoe Keys may receive a wide variety of information from in-person at the Pavilion front desk. Our Front Desk staff will be happy to help you with almost any question related to the Keys or find someone for you who can.
Our other departments:
- Our staff is organized in a number of departments each with its own responsibilities that together take care of all the day-to-day operations of the association.
- Our General Manager is available to answer questions about the day-to-day operation of the association if they cannot be answered by the staff.
- During the summer season, about twenty-five to thirty seasonal staff members are added to support our Landscaping, Maintenance, Recreation, and Water Quality departments.
Communicating with our Members
This website is the official communications forum for property owners. Here you will find the association’s Bylaws, CC&Rs, positions on various issues, meeting and event calendars, staff, committee and board of directors contact lists.
There are also Forums, for members to share information on events, security issues, and various other subjects. Please note that this is one official way of communicating with the staff and the board.
The Pavilion is the TKPOA center of activity and serves as the community club house and administration office. It is also the location of our Front Desk.
Please visit our department pages to learn about their responsibilities.
Our magazine, is published monthly and goes out to every owner of record. Members may also view back issues of the magazine on this website.
Your main contact point will be the Front Desk staff, who can assist by placing you in contact with the proper department or by answering your questions directly.
