You can use this form to update the owner information that is kept on file for your property.

No, your email address will be kept private and only used for electronic delivery of disclosures. However, it is your responsible for ensuring that the Association has your current email address.
What if the name of the property owner has changed?
If the property owner's name has changed a copy of the revised Grant Deed will need to be submitted along with this form. Please email it to info@tkpoa.org or provide a copy to the Front Desk at the Pavilion.
