The Board of Directors continues to explore ways of improving our ability to communicate with our members and keep you informed of important matters affecting the community.

The Association’s official communication is the Keys Breeze, our monthly magazine. It contains important information about the Association, its governance, and day to day operations. We will continue to have the Breeze mailed to all members.

We distribute many other communications to the membership, such as our budget, summary of reserves and our policies, all as required by law. It costs several thousands of dollars to mail this information; however, the law allows us to distribute certain communications electronically to those who are willing to receive our disclosures that way.

For those who fill out, sign, and submit this consent form, we will hereafter send a notice that new information has been downloaded to this website (tkpoa.com). You will no longer receive mailed hard copies of certain disclosures, however, you may request a paper copy of any document sent to you electronically at any time.

Will my email be shared with anyone?

Per Davis Stirling Civil Code, Association Membership Lists now include Homeowner Email Addresses. If you would like to opt out of your email address or opt out from being included on the TKPOA Membership List altogether. please provide an Opt-Out Request in writing. TKPOA will keep all member information confidential as is requested in writing by the Owner.

What kind of documents can be delivered electronically?

Annual disclosures, which include the approved budget and reserve plans and the Annual Audit Report.

Can I still request a paper copy?

Yes, you may request a paper copy of any document sent to you electronically at any time.

Can I change my mind later?

Yes, this authorization will remain in effect until the Association receives written notice from you terminating the authorization.
