Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association (TKPOA) has prevailed in the Case No: SC-SLT4914. The Ex Parte Application for order the Tahoe Keys Marina and Yacht Club (TKM&YC) to show cause why it and its agents should not be held in contempt of this Court pursuant to Section 1209 (a)(5) of the California Code of Civil Procedure for the Defendants willful defiance of this Courts September 6th, 1991 Judgement (Superior Court Case SLTL-4914).
Dear Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association member,
Since our letter last week notifying you of the algae bloom detected in the west channel on August 15, 2017, both TKPOA and the Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board (LRWQCB) have conducted testing and have begun a plan of action to address the issue.
The 2017 Annual Homeowners Picnic will take place on Sunday September 3th, 2017 from noon to 4pm. We anticipate 1,000 members to attend. The picnic will be held at the TKPOA Pavilion in the outdoor area next to the outdoor pool, large park area, and Pavilion Beach. There will be food, beer, wine, soft drinks, and music for the entire family to enjoy. See flyer below for more information
In accordance with the Bylaws and the adopted Election and Voting Rules of the Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association, the 54th, Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Sunday September 3rd, 2017 at 9:00AM in the TKPOA Pavilion located at 356 Ala Wai Boulevard, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150.
The purpose of the meeting is to hear reports on the state of the Association and to introduce the newly-elected Association Directors for the 2017-2019 terms, officers will be selected and board meeting dates scheduled.
The meeting will be convened promptly at the time noticed above. We hope all members will attend the meeting.
