Cove 3B Roofing Project

Cove 3B Residents,

Your roofing project is progressing well, we have found additional issues with vent pipes during construction, and we strongly urge that in the future no one makes any penetrations to the roof without prior written consent from ACC. There will also be step flashing added at the corners of the mansards which will allow for additional storm support until the mansards are replaced.

As far as project timeline, the 2-story building should be completed by Wednesday June 24th. And the single-story building should be completed no later than July 3rd.
