Architectural Control Committee meeting.
The September 14th, 2021 Architectural Control Committee meeting has been cancelled. The next meeting will be held as scheduled on Tuesday September 28th, 2021 at 9AM.
Organizer
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is composed of qualified volunteer homeowners who are appointed by the Board, and who are charged with reviewing homeowner submittals to the ACC for approval of their proposed construction or modifications to existing structures or properties. The committee considers the architectural controls in the CC&R’s and other governing documents of the association, and regulations of local governmental authorities.
Venue
The Pavilion is where the Association front desk is located. Members may come to the front desk to secure their member ID Passes, parking permits, and boat registrations. Guests and renters can purchase guest passes for the pools & tennis courts, get temporary guest parking passes, and guest boat registration stickers.
The Pavilion is also where most TKPOA staff have their offices and where most of the Committees meet and all Association meetings are held. See the calendar of events and individual committee or staff pages for additional information.
You can also find a comfortable seating area overlooking the Pier and Lake, along with a small library of books to borrow; and, please, contribute a few books too if you can.
