Propane Fires
Based on the CC&Rs it appears that propane fires (BBQ or fire pits) are allowed even during Red Flag periods. Please let me know if this is correct.

Hi Matt, I think regardless of the CC&Rs we are still subject to City & State regulation, they trump our CC&Rs. So if the City/State says no propane fires during Red Flag periods then I’d say they wouldn’t be allowed in the Keys…just my personal opinion, not legal advice.
