Tahoe Keys Aquatic Invasive Weeds Public Workshops

The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) and the Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board (LRWQCB) in conjunction with the Tahoe Keys Stakeholder Committee, has launched the public engagement process for the Tahoe Keys Control Methods Test (CMT). A wide range of public meetings and activities are scheduled to encourage feedback on the proposed project description and the scope of the environmental analysis. All Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association (TKPOA) Property Owners are encourage to attend.

AIS Programs Update

I would like to update the Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association (TKPOA) on upcoming Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Projects that will be taken place over the next several weeks.

As part of the ongoing Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) has contracted several environmental consulting companies to conduct monitoring and sampling within the TKPOA Waterways.

Homeowners Picnic 2019 - Volunteers Needed

Dear Homeowners,

Join us to celebrate the Annual Homeowners Picnic on Sunday September 1st, 2019 from noon to 4pm. The picnic will be held at the TKPOA Pavilion in the outdoor area next to the outdoor pool, large park area, and Pavilion Beach. Cove Advisors Needed for Bavarian Isle, Aloha Isle, and Makai Isle

It is important that all TKPOA subdivisions are represented by a property owner living within their subdivision. Per the Advisor rules, any owner in good standing may volunteer to serve as the Advisor to their Subdivision or Cove. Otherwise the property owners may nominate themselves or another owner within that subdivision, confirmed by a vote of the Board of Directors.
