How to use the New Search Feature on the website.

As the website tkpoa.com now contains in excess of 600 documents and articles, it might be helpful to know how to find information regarding different subjects. We have now added a new search feature that allows a user to search for keywords also in the content of different documents. Previously the search only searched the document titles or filenames but not the content.

TKPOA Indoor Pool and Office closed due to Tier 4 storm.

The Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association (TKPOA) will be closing the Indoor Pool and Pavilion Office at 1:00PM for the remainder of the day on Tuesday January 10th 2017 and will continue to be closed through Wednesday January 11th, 2017. The City of South Lake Tahoe (CSLT) has declared a Tier 4 storm on January 10th, 2017 at 10:00AM — the highest level storm — and is asking motorists to remain off the roads if possible.

Lake Tallac Water Level - Update

The Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association (TKPOA) Water Company opened The Lake Tallac - Storm Water Diversion Gate partially open for about 15-20 minutes. On Sunday January 8th 2017 at approximately 1:30 PM, to allow Water to discharge into the West Lagoons of the TKPOA.

Lake Tallac water level

The water level in Lake Tallac is at a point of concern. We are contacting Lahontan to let them know that we will be opening the dam to let out at least 3 ft of water.

Water System Update

Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association (TKPOA) Board of Directors and Staff has corrected the temporary emergency situation that occurred limiting the TKPOA water system pumping capacity.
