Office to remain closed Week of 01/02/2023

Greetings and Happy New Year!

Due to current snow accumulations, pending additional inclement weather, and internet/power outages, the TKPOA Pavilion Office will remain closed the week of 01/02/2023 and will reopen on Monday 01/09/2023 for normal operating hours.

TKPOA Staff continues to work behind the scenes with our first priority focused on the health and safety of our members, their tenants, guests, and our Staff as we dig out of this latest storm and prepare for the next!

Facilities and Water Company Staff have been onsite throughout the holiday weekend to complete snow removal in the Townhome and Common areas. They are also working on removal of trees/branches that pose an immediate threat to safety. Thank you to our members for their patience!

While the internet is out, TKPOA’s email blasts and phone lines are also down. We will continue to post updates on the website as any new information becomes available.
