Update regarding the Interim Irrigation Program

At the May 19th Board Meeting the Board of Directors approved an interim irrigation program to allow homeowners to use alternate sources of water for their landscape irrigation.

TKPOA Property Owners interested in installing interim irrigation on their property will be required to submit an application to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for approval. All installations will require inspection by TKWC Staff prior to use.

This application and approval process for installing interim irrigation will be subject to all the TKPOA Rules and Regulations for Water Service and Architectural Control Committee Rules and is intended to allow for the safety and control of our TKWC Water Distribution System for all TKPOA Property Owners.
