Townhome Dock Pilings Update
The Board of Directors has approved the necessary work to straighten and re-drive the dock pilings within your cove to ensure a safe and functional boating season.
This work has been delayed due to snow and weather and is now scheduled to start late April in the following order.

No vessels can be placed at the docks until the dock work is completed in that cove. We anticipate full completion by May 16th.
Once the work is finished in each cove and the docks are confirmed safe for use, a follow-up “Work Completed” email will be sent to notify residents that docking may resume.
