3A Bulkhead Landscaping
Hello 3A,
We will be backfilling crushed rock behind the new wall to prep for landscape. Please be advised that there will be a large rock conveyer that will move the rock from the parking lot over the buildings starting June 4th. The stone for the bulkhead backfill will be shuttled from the tennis court parking lot and will be staged in the parking lot of 3A. ALL of the 3A parking lot will be blocked besides the spaces highlighted below. 161-166 and the 3 guest spaces next to these for 24hrs. Normal parking should resume tomorrow evening.
We hope to have everything backfilled by the end of the 2nd week of June and for Landscape to start the following week. The sod install should be starting June 15th-24th and then a period of 2 weeks after installation for the sod to establish itself and be safe to use. During that 2-week period, we ask that you please refrain from spending any extended amount of time on the grass as it establishes roots.
