3A Bulkhead Landscaping

Hello 3A Residents,

Here is a tentative schedule update for finishing the Bulkhead Landscaping.

Tahoe Outdoor Living are hoping to be fully completed with Cove 3A landscaping work by the end of next week (Friday 6/26).

The sod install should be starting June 24th-25th. For a period of 2 weeks after installation we ask that you please refrain from spending any extended amount of time on the grass as it establishes roots and is made safe to use. 

Tentative Schedule:

Thursday 6/18 (Today) – Finish irrigation work. Finish steel edging for BMP’s and start to add gravel to BMP’s.

Friday 6/19 – Finish Gravel in BMP’s. Start backfilling with fill dirt and create finish grades.

Monday 6/22 – Finish Grading and start installing topsoil.

Tuesday 6/23 – Finish installing topsoil and prep entire area for sod.

Wednesday 6/24 – Sod installation.

Thursday 6/25 – Finish sod installation and adjust irrigation system to ensure 100% coverage of new lawn area.

Friday 6/26 – Remove Juniper bushes on the far side, and final cleanup day to make sure everything is completed.
