    Additional $600 special assessments for herbicide tests? It would seem likely to me that the Sierra club will file a legal injunction to stop the use of herbicides. In Anticipation of this are we still going to exact these assessments from the homeowners at this time.? Do we have a legal position regarding the so-called violation of the basin agreement which deals with chemicals herbicides as espoused by the Sierra club? I think our legal position should be addressed in the next form.
